This Pub is Closed Long Term

Was built in 1887 as Brookdale (Music) Hall, then became a social club in c1919 with the building subsequently extended in the 1940s. The club closed around 2017 with the freehold sold to Lewisham Council via its arms-length company Catford Regeneration Partnership Ltd. There are plans for the property site to be redeveloped as part of a wider Catford town centre regeneration masterplan.
