This Pub is Closed Long Term

Street corner house just round the corner from Woolwich Arsenal railway station. The pub was given a facelift at the beginning of 2015 with 3 handpumps installed. Real ale is not usually available with the owner preferring to concentrate the sales of cask beer through the sister pub Rose's (Prince Albert) nearby. Despite historical signage to the contrary, food is not currently served. The single bar area is kept spotless with its wooden floor immaculately varnished and polished.
