Very friendly Victorian two-bar locals' pub with original etched glass and excellent collection of mirrors. Very active charity fund raiser. Pool teams. Weekend entertainment. Home of the Hackney Irish Social Club.

Only keg and bottled beer. An unspoilt, genuine locals boozer.
