This Pub Matters Campaign (GBBF 2015)

Carl Griffin the Chairman of the Aylesbury Vale & Wycombe CAMRA Branch speaks to Faye Grima, Campaigns officer from CAMRA, on why communities should nominate their local pubs as Assets of Community Value (ACV) and the benefits of an ACV status.

‘ACV’ stands for 'Asset of Community Value' and is used as a way to protect pubs in your community. Local people can come together to easily nonimate pubs as ACVs as a group of 21 local people or in connection with your CAMRA Branch,

This can be done before a pub is under threat and will give the pub added protection.
